Quick Coupling Technology’s QC-AG Poppet Type hydraulic quick coupling, made of steel, is used on construction equipment, forestry equipment, agricultural machinery, oil tools, steel mill machinery and other hydraulic applications.
The poppet valves featured in the couplings prevent uncoupled leakage and the critical parts of the coupling are hardened for durability. It features a ball-locking mechanism to hold the mating halves together, and the socket and plug are precision-machined from solid bar stock.
The QC-AG Series follows the ISO 5675 Standard, and is interchangeable with Parker 4000 Series STUCCHI IR-V Series and Safeway S20 Series.
The couplings are available in ¼ in., 3/8 in., ½ in., ¾ in. and 1 in body sizes. The temperature range for them is between -20° and 100° C. The standard seal material for the coupling is BUNA.
The ¼ in. coupling has a psi of 5,000; the 3/8 in. and ½ in. couplings have a psi of 4,000; the ¾ in. and 1 in. couplings have a psi of 3,000.
